My name is Eden Sofia Berke and I am a visual artist and body/energy worker deeply rooted in Chicago. My interest in holistic healing and spirituality led me to study East Asian Medicine and Bodywork at Zen Shiatsu Chicago. In 2025, I founded my body and energy work practice - Embodied Spirits.
I also explore what it means to be a human being with a human body through my visual arts practice. Utilizing the media of painting, drawing, and photography, I research with what it means to depict somatic states of being - being present with emotions as they move through the body. Through both bodywork and art, I aim to create a portal for others to move into embodiment, presence, and connection to authentic self.
