Devotion: Embodiment Toolkit Workshop

Join Eden and Yuri on Wednesday evening, July 8th (6:00pm call time, 6:30pm start time), at the Formal Garden in Humboldt Park. Expand your toolkit of somatic exercises and self-massage techniques, to return a sense of calm to your body and the beautiful, present moment.

What to expect:

• You will be welcomed into the space with an optional smoke cleanse and bell chimes.

• Guidance through meditation, somatic release techniques, soothing self-massage, and stretches to complete your body’s natural stress cycle.

• A sense of empowerment to practice these tools on your own, when your body and spirit are in need of restorative rest.

• We will close with an opportunity for deep rest in Savasana, with hands on energy healing from Eden and sound healing from Yuri.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat to practice on and/or blankets for comfort

• Water bottle

• Wear comfortable, stretchy or loose clothing

• Tennis ball and/or golf ball, if you have

• Optional: A personal item to place on the altar (to soak up all the good energy)
