Join Eden and Yuri on Wednesday evening, July 8th (6:00pm call time, 6:30pm start time), at the Formal Garden in Humboldt Park. Expand your toolkit of somatic exercises and self-massage techniques, to return a sense of calm to your body and the beautiful, present moment.
What to expect:
You will be welcomed into the space with an optional smoke cleanse and bell chimes.
Guidance through meditation, somatic release techniques, soothing self-massage, and stretches to complete your body’s natural stress cycle.
A sense of empowerment to practice these tools on your own, when your body and spirit are in need of restorative rest.
We will close with an opportunity for deep rest in Savasana, with hands on energy healing from Eden and sound healing from Yuri.
What to bring:
A yoga mat to practice on and/or blankets for comfort
Water bottle
Wear comfortable, stretchy or loose clothing
Tennis ball and/or golf ball, if you have
Optional: A personal item to place on the altar (to soak up all the good energy)
